Baby Doe survived the production of his violent child pornography (between the ages of 1 year and 4 years of age.) She then became a victim of interstate and international exploitation of the violent child porn films by law enforcement.

The films police held in their possession prove Baby Doe at age 2- was repeatedly stabbed in the pelvic canal with a large butcher knife, a large pair of scissors, and nail files as the rapist attempted to cut a hole large enough for penetration! Baby Doe was struck over the head with a large blunt object, her tiny body broken in half, legs ripped out of their sockets while the predator continued his violent sexual assault! The films prove the killer then redressed the deceased toddler, carried her out of the house, tossed her into his car, drove a few blocks away and dumped her lifeless body into the grass in a local park-where her body was later found by her mother! The child was transported to a hospital-but survived the attack. Medical records prove what the films also reflect.

In spite of the fact the police had the polaroids and videos of these attacks (spanning at least 4 years) they did nothing to stop the predator from continuing his violent child sex crime spree!

Instead, law enforcement unlawfully transmitted/exploited the film images to major motion picture film and mainstream music producers both interstate to California and Internationally-where the exploited childs victims films were used to write what became a top ten billboard hit single, where Baby Doe's tragic circumstances were turned into a song and music video.

The exploitation of the victims films were used to generate profits of hundreds of millions of dollars! The victims family was never notified and never received a single penny from their profits!
